In the new house it is necessary to think over well heating services, in many respects the comfort of life will depend on it in the winter. Show consideration for the choice of boiler, it can be the gas, diesel or universal mechanism, some boilers work even at electricity and firewood. Anyway, at first you should construct heating system to provide uniform warming up of all house.

- - perforated electric drill and drills on mm concrete 12 and 25;
- - construction level;
- - tape measure;
- - marker;
- - set for soldering of polypropylene pipes;
- - sanitary key.
Instruction
1. First of all make calculation of the required boiler power. For this purpose count the number of square meters of the heated area and measure height of ceilings. For areas where the average temperature of air in cold season is not lower - 25 wasps, one kilowatt of power of boiler is sufficient for heating of 10 sq.m of the room, taking into account height of ceilings it is not higher than 2.5 m.
2. Count quantity of sections of radiators for each room. On marking of radiator data how many square meters of the room one section can heat are specified. Measure the general quadrature of each room and separate into heating capacity of one section.
3. Calculate quantity of shutoff valves, fitting and pieces of pipes for all system. For this purpose make the axonometrical scheme of the planned system. Take the sheet of paper and pencil, and draw your heating services taking into account that two plug cocks and two captive nuts have to face each radiator. Be guided by one of schemes of heating services – closed or beam.
4. Under each window establish radiators at identical distance from floor and it is strictly horizontal on level. For this purpose use bar of 80х40 or 50х100 mm as emphasis for installation and marking of the battery. Put bar under wall where the radiator will be mounted. Put radiator from above densely to wall. Pencil on wall note places of fastenings. Remove the battery and by means of electric drill drill openings in wall, establish fastenings for radiator. Hang up on them batteries.
5. Carry out preliminary mounting of all metal fitting by means of the sanitary tool.
6. Execute mounting of boiler, based on the instruction to the device. In places of crossing of partitions drill openings and insert into them pipes. Turn on the soldering iron in the power supply network and execute soldering of all system. Pack all threaded connections by means of sealant.
7. Fill system with water and cause gas service for control and the first start of boiler in operation.
