How to construct plagues

Each tourist savage and the hunter knows that he of plagues is general name of housing of a special type. Plagues it is possible to make literally of improvised materials, but the main thing nevertheless that it is possible to live in it the whole life. Those who have already made it left the popular instruction for construction of chum the hands.

  • - axe;
  • - knife with wide edge;
  • - rope hank.

1. To start construction plague it is necessary to define the main zones of future housing. For this purpose it is necessary to hammer peg into the earth and to tie to it rope. By means of this simplest adaptation it is necessary to outline two circles: radius of future wall plague (it is desirable to take this detour in the range from 2.5 to 4 meters) and small circle in the center of big – the center.

2. Using the axe, it is necessary to prepare long thin poles for future skeleton plague. The pole has to be strong and dry. Freshly-cut wood needs to be dried at first in the dry, well aired place covered from direct sunshine. The quantity of poles decides by the chosen basis circle radius plague on calculation of two poles on circle meter. Length of poles should not be less than 3-3.5 meters. At acute shortage of wood it is possible to use combined poles.

3. Poles are placed along the line of circle, their top ends communicate with each other. It is also necessary to connect the next poles with each other by several pieces of rope, at the same time it has to be strong recorded on pole, but not be in the tense state. Two connected poles have to remind short flight of stairs with the "steps" equidistanted from each other.

4. The surface plague usually is made of skins of animals, however at their absence any other improvised material will approach: soft bark of tree, branch with dense vegetation or even borrowed at passing tarpaulin by tourists. The covering fastens to skeleton ropes. It is worth remembering that upper part of cone plague becomes covered by nothing – it the opening will serve as air vent and flue.

5. The separate piece of skin is attached under flue so that between covering plague and this piece there were wide intervals. This piece is necessary for water drainage during rain from the center located in the center.

6. If plagues it is used also in winter time, its internal walls are covered with clay, manure or faced by the turf. After such procedure it is necessary to heat well plagues and to allow warming to dry.

7. For the center the small outlined circle is used. The center is the deepening in floor plague faced at the edges by stones. Land from this deepening is evenly distributed on floor plague so that the small bias from the center to regions of the building was formed.
