1. The technology of cutting of floor tile because of high strength of material is accompanied by some difficulties. Therefore today already use plasma and laser cutting. However in the most widespread ways of cutting remain hydroabrasive and mechanical so far. In house conditions the application of mechanical cutting is the most available. The tool plitkorez is for this purpose used. It differs from the normal glass-cutter in the size of the cutting wheel. Increase in diameter by 1.5 cm allows to cut material deeply.
2. After the tile cut is made, it should be cracked on the educated line. This procedure is performed by means of the metal tooth located on the lower part of nippers and corner – on top. For carrying out repeated serial operations when the cut tile of the identical size is required, plitkorez it is equipped with ruler limiter.
3. Also qualitatively it is possible to cut out tile by means of the normal stone-cutting machine. It is necessary to consider that, than the frequency of turns of mill of the device is higher, especially the machine cut will be qualitative. To receive the most high-quality machine cut, you make the line of cut, having receded from edge not less than 1-0.8 cm. There it passes through the smallest opening of 0.1 mm in size. The thin stream cuts material with high speed. Water cuts out granite, without breaking at the same time integrity of structure, without leaving edge fins and chips. Width of the machine cut varies in borders from 0.5 to 1.5 mm, accuracy is not less than 0.1 mm.
