Construction on personal plot or giving never does without wood sawing. In certain cases it is necessary to cut off bars or boards under strictly certain corner. Instruction
1. The miter box is the joiner's tool for sawing of materials under the fixed corners in 45, 60, 90 degrees or under other any corners. Use the miter box to sawing of plinths, door platbands, eaves, the fillets applied to fastening of glasses in frames. Rails, baguette and many other products are in the same way cut off.
2. In the simplest execution the miter box looks as the U-section tray with the through pro-saws located under certain corners. The hacksaw which moves then on them as on guides is inserted into the specified pro-saws. It is possible to manufacture the miter box of tree. Industrial samples can be made of aluminum or plastic.
3. Kind of this device is the rotary miter box in which the device for fixing of part and rotary design for fastening of hacksaw is provided. This device allows to expose any corner for the subsequent sawing.
4. Fix the miter box on work table or workbench by means of clamps or screws. Mark preparation. After marking lay it in tray and press to one of miter box walls. The mark at the same time has to be opposite to necessary has spent on drink.
5. Insert in has spent on drink hacksaw and begin to saw it under the set corner. It is recommended to saw preparations with use of the special tenon saw intended for exact and direct propil.
