At the same time the slightest mistake in creation of shear line will lead to violation of the line of pipe welding and, as a result, to the wrong mounting. - - computer and program for drawing up development of pipes;
- - printer;

- - adhesive tape;

- - gas-flame equipment;

- - pipe cutter;
- - Bulgarian.
Instruction
1. If necessary to cut off pipe at an angle 45, take the square sheet of paper, put it on diagonal and wrap in it pipe so that the ends of diagonals have met. The short parties will specify at the same time shear line in 45 ⁰, circle this line with chalk or harrow core.
2. If pipe small, and you need to receive certain corner, take basin with water and dip pipe under the necessary bias. Count bias previously. The border of wet and dry metal will show you shear line, circle it with chalk or harrow sharp object.
3. To define pipe shear line, use narrow painting adhesive tape. This way is especially convenient when pipe long, and it is necessary to cut it in the middle. Paste adhesive tape under the necessary corner, it can easily be moved and unstuck after cutting. To be sure that the adhesive tape has laid down exactly envelop time pipe 2 or 3.
4. Try to define precisely cut corner by the program of drawing up development of pipes or in the normal program of drawing up drawings, for example, in Corel Draw. For this purpose download the program and draw template, having specified the circle length (diameter increased by Pi's number) and the required corner. If you do not have this program, make development independently, having used the industry standard 38-43-81.
5. When the drawing is ready, print it (if it is necessary, on several sheets), cut, stick together adhesive tape. Then apply to pipe and circle with chalk, or draw core.
6. Having designated cut by the line, saw on it pipe. If there is opportunity, use turning lathe, with its help it is possible to receive rather smooth edge. To cut off pipe exactly gas-flame equipment or normal welding, it is necessary to be very experienced welder.
