- - abrasive paper;
- - primer for acrylic paints;
- - cliche;
- - brushes;
- - twisted rope.
Instruction
1. Remove dirt and degrease table surface cleaning agent. Clean from old varnish or paint. By means of abrasive paper grind table, leveling surface. Wipe dust with damp sponge.
2. Apply on table surface special soil for acrylic paints. Wait for full drying.
3. Rule table on strips of various width. Paste over the received lines with painting adhesive tape to exclude hit of paint of one color on strip of another.
4. In turn paint each strip in different color gloss acrylic paint. After full drying of paint varnish your updated table.
5. Other way of dressing of table – painting by means of cliche. It can be geometrical figures, vegetable ornament. Be defined what style is suitable for your piece of furniture.
6. Pick up or make cliche. Before putting the drawing, prepare table surface. Clean from pollution and put several coats of paint.
7. Fix cliche by means of adhesive tape. You put decorative pattern with water-based acrylic paints. Instead of brush you can use tampon from foam rubber, then the drawing will turn out kind of printed and without strips. You watch that paints did not flow under cliche.
8. After drying-out varnish surface. Using cliche not only for table, but also for chair – receive harmonious set.
9. It is possible to decorate table also applique. For this purpose carefully process surface and cover with varnish coat. For applique take any wrapping paper with the pleasant drawing. Cut the necessary elements. Paste the drawing on surface of table and varnish.
10. If you have round table, then receive interesting decor, using simple twisted rope. Decorate table-top with rope rings. Untwist it fingers a little, then it will be soft and pliable.
11. Begin with the middle of table. On the cut-off tip of rope drip a little hot glue and twirl it again. Fix it in the center of table-top and take detours. You apply hot glue to the right place. It strong holds and quickly dries. The ready table will change your interior.
