Development of personal plot should be begun with planning. On scaled paper or in one of the computer programs intended for architects draw the plan of the site and arrange on it what you want to see: house, subsidiary buildings, kitchen garden, garden, flower bed. On heavy clay soils provide additional drainage system. It is also best of all to make it at stage of development of the site that is before plant trees and garden cultures.
