It is possible to issue the house or the apartment in any style. The main thing that all changes have been coordinated and approved by the customer and in department of construction. And concerning all the rest – there is no limit of imagination of the designer!
Instruction
1. If you were going to work on the order, make the preliminary specifications taking into account the client's wishes. Describe main objectives and tasks of the project. The full project, outline or planning solution can be the purpose. Obtain all necessary data at the customer, namely: — family composition (how many people live, what age); — life rhythm (it is required for registration, for example, of office, the dining room , etc.); — availability of pets: — frequency of holding celebrations (days of births or just meetings of friends); — hobby.
2. Specify the customer's wishes. Perhaps, he wants that in the living room there was fireplace, or transition to bathroom was carried out from bedrooms of owners. Learn what else zones need to be organized in premises.
3. Show to the customer already ready projects or stock up before meeting with it with catalogs (in paper and electronic option). It is possible that some project will please it, and you will need only to introduce small amendments.
4. Make measurement of the apartment and execute the drawing of the existing plan. Analyze the material received from the customer and develop planning solution and the main concept of the project. For design you need the Graphisoft ArchiCAD program.
5. Pick up materials and color scheme. Simulate photorealistic visualization of interior (through, for example, Autodesk 3ds Max).
6. Execute all necessary drawings for coordination in Department of construction (the plan before reconstruction and after reconstruction of the room). Create plans of all communications, sketches of cuts of interior and the scheme of placement of furniture, household and gas devices.
7. Separately make drawings and schemes for contractors, having calculated volumes of materials and their approximate cost. Make the sheet on finishing of the apartment.
8. Print out all project and give it to the customer.
