Instruction
1. Make preparation of the site. Spend marking of corners frame at home. Then from the territory where the house plus one meter will be located or more on perimeter remove grass sods. Fill up the site with soil and level it.
2. Flood the tape and column base. For this purpose drill holes on house perimeter. Make at the bottom sandy pillow, lay waterproofing and install fittings. Concrete holes, columns will turn out. On their contour establish timbering, having created in it the reinforced grillage. Cover it with waterproofing after hardening.
3. Establish binding on tape (grillage). On perimeter of the base attach boards, preimpregnated anti-septic tank, on anchor bolts. Mount on them crossbeams, having created the lower overlapping of the house. Then there are two options and both are correct. The first - sheathe it from below wind-shelter plate, put mineral wool, cover with paroizolyatsionny film and sew up it with draft floor. The second – leave open framework of the lower overlapping and at once on it establish framework of walls, and you carry out shingling and warming at the same time on all house after installation of roof.
4. Establish framework of walls of the first floor on the lower overlapping. In addition record some sites to prevent deformations. On the top perimeter of walls of the first floor make stuffing boards, for overlapping of joints. Thereby the second binding will turn out.
5. Make interfloor overlapping of the frame house and wall of penthouse. Operations are similar to construction of the first floor.
6. Put roof ridge on pediments of attic room. Mount two supporting beams through all length of cottage. On beams install rafter system. After that prepare roof according to intended use of type of roofing material.
7. Sheathe walls OSB plate. Lay communications - water supply system, heating services, electrical wiring, ventilation, flue, sewerage system. Establish heater, mineral wool, on walls, roof and overlappings best of all approaches. Mount parozashchita, make internal and external (socle and facade of the building) finishing. Make fair repair in rooms. Test water supply systems of electricity, heating and the sewerage.
