During summer season many of us with pleasure plunge into the abyss of country cares. Day regimen on solar cycle

Daytime sleep

After early rise it will be so pleasant to take a nap in the afternoon in favourite hammock under apple-tree. Do not refuse to yourself this pleasure. The daytime sleep is very useful not only to health, but also to female beauty. And here temporarily tell viewing day series "stop".

Vegetables from bed

The gifts of the nature which are grown up without pesticides will please you with natural taste which so is not enough in products from shop. Besides, all useful substances directly from bed will get to you on table. You should not reserve big space for kitchen garden. At the dacha any seasonal hardening  does well. Do not refuse to themselves pleasure to adopt contrast water procedures, they will make your organism resistant to sharp change of weather in off-season.

About work on the site

Try to change type of the activity as often as possible. For example, have weeded one bed, you pass to lawn hairstyle, and further cut off the dried-up branches on bushes. So your muscles strain in turn and do not work very hard. If working, you have sweated, then do not change clothes on wind. It will allow to avoid intercostal neuralgia.

After nourishing lunch

The tasty lunch in the fresh air is great pleasure of country life. However after dense lunch it is not necessary "to rush" on bed again. At best the organism will award you with heartburn. Especially it is worth bewaring to work headfirst that who has problems with elevated pressure even if it arises seldom. At appearance of headache, when darkening in eyes and feeling of weakness, work should be stopped.
