Sometimes at installation of doors it is necessary to face that thickness of new door case on coincides by the size with wall thickness. For the solution of this problem it is recommended to use dobor. Dobor is level from MDF, fibreboard, interline interval or solid wood. It is very important that the doborny board coincided on color with new door - then there will be impression of uniform design.

Instruction
1. There are several methods of installation of dobor on outer door. This way can be applied if your door case has special groove.
2. Carefully measure distance from edge of wall to doborny quarter. It is recommended to make measurements in several places - it will increase the accuracy of measurements.
3. Unpack doborny board. Cut it on levels of the necessary size by means of hacksaw. Use the maximum size received at measurements. However in certain cases there is need to saw off doborny level "wedge".
4. Collect P-shaped design and hang it, being guided by the sizes of doborny quarter.
5. Accurately draw in dobor. For these purposes it is recommended to use packing cardboard - this material well "springs". Carefully check the provision of dobor concerning walls, using construction level.
6. Fill in "emptiness" with polyurethane foam. The Doborny level does not bear loading and, as a result, does not need rigid fastening.
7. If the special groove is not provided in door case, then it is possible to use in a different way installations of dobor.
8. Carefully measure aperture thickness by means of tape measure. For increase in accuracy, make measurements in several places. Measure door case.
9. Cut doborny levels on rails of the necessary width, using hacksaw or "parketka", and accurately face them.
10. Fix tape measure at edge of quarter, having hooked on it. Measure distance to quarter.
11. Measure length of vertical levels. It is necessary to remember that vertical rails of dobor have to block horizontal. Therefore at these measurements it is necessary to hook on tape measure for edge of door case.
12. Attach at first vertical, and then horizontal doborny boards to door case. For this purpose combine rail face with edge of doborny quarter, plan and drill fixing openings. Fix by means of self-tapping screws. Dobor is established.
