- - glass door with box;
- - polyurethane foam;
- - wooden wedges;
- - drill;
- - anchor bolts;
- - liquid nails;
- - level;
- - painting adhesive tape.
Instruction
1. Prepare door opening: dismantle old box (even if it in good condition, the sizes can not approach), remove all construction waste.
2. Close up too big roughnesses putty if in it there is need, drill openings under wooden traffic jams in advance if wall concrete or brick. Also make sure that there will be enough sizes of opening for installation of new box.
3. Insert box into aperture and fix it by wooden wedges.
4. With their help adjust the provision of box taking into account all horizontal and vertical planes. Using anchor bolts, drill vertical levels of box in two-three places.
5. Later, after final installation of box with their help drill openings in wall, insert anchor bolts when which swamping the box will be tightened into them.
6. Apply in cavity between the planes of box and aperture polyurethane foam pointwise on all perimeter at distance of 7-10 cm. Wait until foam grabs (1-3 hours), and fill with polyurethane foam of emptiness completely. It becomes in order that at expansion under pressure foam has not provoked undesirable deformation of box.
7. When foam completely dries (3-24 hours depending on qualitative composition of foam and temperature condition), cut off its surplus, saw off speakers of part of fixing wedges and establish platbands on liquid nails, since the top platband and moving gradually down, accurately exposing angle joints.
8. Suspend door on loops. On it independent installation of door is ended.
