The good door costs much and its installation by means of employees of the company which has sold it to you, can cost you pretty penny too. That is why, it is more favorable to establish door most, but also, is also plus to the life experience.
- Fixing dowel with self-tapping screws, self-tapping screws for fastening of box, polyurethane foam, traffic jams stub with a diameter of 10-12 mm, chisel, the hammer.
1. Before installation of door it is necessary to prepare door opening. It has to be more door case on 2 cm from each party. Further we start assembly of door case. The top level of door case fastens to side pillars by means of self-tapping screws in previously drilled openings.
2. Further we start insert of loops in door cloth. For this purpose at face of door we make marking on 15 cm from each party, we cut loops in cloth by means of chisel so that they did not act. Reciprocal part of loops is inserted into door case so that between the top level and door cloth the gap in 5 mm has turned out. To provide gap between top of door cloth and top of box, it is necessary to cut loop on door case 5 mm below, than on cloth. The door case needs to be cut off so that at installation the door was 1.5-2 cm higher, than floor.
3. Depending on on what surface the door will fasten, various methods of fastening are used (concrete - fixing dowel 80-120 mm long, tree or gypsum cardboard - self-tapping screws of the same length). After assembly of box we start installation. The door case is established in aperture level with wall from that party in which the door will open. The box is established on level or on plumb. At first that part where loops fastens. To level on plumb, under box wedges are enclosed. It fastens by means of self-tapping screws and plastic dowels in previously drilled openings. The opening has to have two diameters: outside diameter of 5 mm in depth has to correspond to plastic pro-barrels of 10-12 mm in the diameter, inside diameter has to correspond to mounting screw. It is necessary in order that the fixing look has been hidden subsequently.
4. After fixing of loopback part of box the door cloth is hung on loops. Then on rabbet of door the box rest similarly fastens. After the door is fixed on dowel, the remained gap between box and wall needs to be filled with polyurethane foam, previously having closed door cloth and having inserted between it and box of strut not less than 3 mm thick on all perimeter (hardboard, cardboard). Otherwise polyurethane foam deforms door. After foam drying (in 8 hours) superfluous is removed knife, the platband is beaten and the lock is put.
