To establish washing in kitchen, it is not obligatory to invite masters at all, long time expecting them arrival. You will be able to make it independently, possessing set of necessary tools and materials.
It is required to you
- - Sealant;
- - cement;
- - clamps;
- - safety glasses;
- - electrofret saw;
- - adhesive tape;
- - drill.
Instruction
1. Be defined in what place of table-top you want to arrange washing. Remove table-top from furniture for bigger convenience in work. By means of construction pencil mark the place where you will cut washing. Some of producers of sinks apply special template on which it is possible to make marking to products.
2. If that at you is absent, make it of cardboard or apply washing to table-top and circle it. Stroke strictly on edge of washing. Recede from the planned contour in 1.5 cm and along it draw one more who will be worker.
3. Table-top arrange for cutting out so that to do it was as it is possible more conveniently. From four parties drill drill openings of Ø of 10 mm under electrofret saw cloth. Execute cutting out of opening the fret saw, moving strictly on the line. Upon termination of cutting out carefully clean cut from sawdust and dust.
4. Process cut sealant (epoxy resin, silicone or other) for what use the palette or brush. Grease cut with uniform layer, without leaving gaps. It will allow to keep table-top from the damage resulting from hit of water in it.
5. Pay attention that the choice of sealant depends on material of which the table-top is made. From plastic or tree apply spirit sealants to table-top, from stone – silicone. Do not forget to give time that sealant "has grabbed".
6. Establish table-top into place and fix. Then establish washing, having set it on silicone or adhesive sealing strip. For this purpose carefully miss the mark edges of washing from reverse side. Press washing by means of clamps or fixtures which were applied to washing at sale. Leave so for some time that it was pasted. Remove surplus of silicone or cut off the excess tape which is looking out from under edges of washing.
