The well is hydraulic engineering construction which is the vertical well or the mine. Such mines for intake of underground waters, water supply and irrigation are used. Dig out well manually and to fix construction walls, face it tree or natural stone. Recently, to face well, use concrete rings.
It is required to you
- — standard reinforced concrete rings with height of 90 cm and with an inside diameter up to 200 cm;
- — boards for insurance;
- — cement slurry;
- — mount;
- — hempen rope.
Instruction
1. Dig out the mine of the necessary diameter. It should not exceed ring heights. Establish safety boards which will prevent that the concrete ring can lay down irregularly or warp. Choose soil at one region of the mine and put one of boards irregularly. It is necessary for smooth sliding of rings to the mine.
2. Accurately lower the first ring to the mine then manually undermine under it soil to put it exactly concerning mine bottom. Grease ring top with cement slurry and enclose boards. Thus, during lowering of the second ring it will be possible to avoid chips.
3. Lower the second ring. By means of mount extend safety boards, level concrete ring and turn it before full interlocking of locks.
4. The third and further rings establish as well as the second.
5. Deepen the mine of well gradually until the lower ring enters water-bearing stratum on 100 cm. After that check time of filling of well, note height of water, define whether depth is sufficient, or the mine of well needs to be deepened still. In addition cover all seams of rings with cement slurry, and their joints, especially in that part where water is gathered, close up the tarred hempen rope with a diameter of 2 cm.
