Let's stop on the first care for strawberry in the spring. First, it is necessary to remove all leaves dry and sick by sight as they can become carriers of infection. It is necessary to do it accurately, without pulling, and just cutting off faded escapes by secateurs. You should not cut off green foliage as the sheet device is necessary to any plant
Secondly, it is possible to bring in the soil a little rerotting compost. It will enrich fertile layer micro and macrocells.
Further under each bush we add a little biohumus, slightly deepening it to the soil. Necessary quantity we count proceeding from minimum 1-2 tablespoons on one bush. For strawberry it just delicacy.
Now bait. To be necessary for us for its preparation 2 grams (half teaspoon) of boric acid which we dissolve in small amount to hot water. Water should be taken hot as in cold water the crystals of boric acid are dissolved very badly or are not dissolved at all. The received solution is added to 10 liter bucket.
The following component of fertilizing – potassium permanganate. We take it half teaspoon (about 2 g) too. We dissolve potassium permanganate, as well as boric acid, in separate capacity. The received concentrated solution is poured out in the same ten-liter bucket.
Then we add to bucket iodine solution – 15 drops on 10 liters. The following component – ammonia solution. It to be necessary 2 tablespoons. The ammonia solution can be replaced with urea in the same quantity.
After addition of all components, solution is carefully mixed. Your fertilizing is ready. This working means for leaving and watering of strawberry. Solution on 400-500 ml is poured out under each bush. If the soil rather damp after descent of snow, preliminary watering is not required. If the earth on breast dry – preliminary watering is surely necessary that there was no burn of roots. After moistening of the soil the place of watering should be porykhlit. In cloudy day such solution it is possible plants and to spray that also gives excellent effect.
To use solution it is necessary to use right after preparation as the iodine and ammonia which are part quickly disappear, and fertilizing loses the efficiency.
