Instruction
1. Try to get rid of wreckers mechanically. In this case caterpillars gather manually. Insects need moisture therefore it is possible to prepare traps in advance, having placed between beds leaves of burdock or cabbage, the wetted in fruit juice or beer. Thus, the cool and crude caterpillars feeder will turn out. In the afternoon wreckers will begin to creep in the prepared trap. Bring together them and then destroy in soap or salt solution.
2. Use superphosphate as protection against wreckers. Fill it in three strips around plants, approximately on 15 centimeters from stalks. This medicine will absorb reviver from earth surface and plants and also bodies of caterpillars that will lead to their gradual extinction. Essential minus of method is that the procedure should be repeated after rain again. Also a little process of watering of plants will become complicated.
3. Address ecological method of pest control. Try to attract on the site of their natural enemies, for example hedgehogs, starlings, wagtails, jays and thrushes. It is possible to build small reservoir for attraction of toads, feeding troughs and birds birdhouses, treats in the form of forage or milk for hedgehogs. But at the same time observe measure: as soon as the problem of caterpillars is solved, it is better to limit stay of the animals eating them on the site at once, otherwise they will be accepted to your seedling.
4. Process plants by means of chemicals. At the same time metaldehyde is usually applied. Be extremely careful as chemical medicines are capable to do irreparable harm to people and pets. Wash before the use vegetables and fruit from the site processed by chemicals thoroughly. Also fence the processed site that there pets and other people did not come.
