Freon leak is the most common cause of breakage of the fridge. It is expressed in lack of cooling at the working compressor. But there is simple way to correct this defect independently.
Instruction
1. To fill fridge freon, take collector with two manometers of blue and red color, two valves and three hoses. Now block both valves of manometrical collector and connect blue hose to shtuttser of filling tube of the compressor, and yellow to the cylinder of freon.
2. If necessary to measure pressure upon highways of forcing, solder to it shtuttser and attach to it red hose. Now open blue valve of the collector, and then accurately and slowly turn cylinder valve with freon and now fill the compressor before pressure reaches 0.4-0.5 atmospheres.
3. Further close valves, start the compressor literally for half-minute, and then switch off. Now instead of cylinder with freon will connect the vacuum pump to yellow hose, begin to open blue valve, turn on the pump approximately for 10 minutes, then close valve and switch off the pump.
4. Disconnect yellow hose from the pump and again connect to cylinder with freon. At first you need to make so that freon has only forced out air in hose, but has not got, to the compressor, for this purpose open valve absolutely slightly and very slowly. Now twirl yellow hose and open blue valve, fill the compressor with coolant.
5. After that turn on the compressor and observe pressure level if everything is all right, then the tubes connected to hoses need to be pressed. In end turn off hoses and solder tubes.
