The panels or pads which are located in interval from wall to door are called as door slopes. Materials of production of slopes are various. Most often they are done of PVC or tree. Thanks to slopes it is possible to improve exterior of door opening, especially if slopes and door are made of one material.

- - A-50 glue;
- - screws;
- - tape measure.
Instruction
1. Make measurements of distance from the wall plane to edge of box. Depending on flatness of wall and setting accuracy of door the sizes can vary from 0 to 0.3 cm. Transfer the obtained data to level (board). To avoid mistakes, check measurements several times.
2. On level surely note where there will be top and where - bottom. Having made sure of coincidence of all sizes, cut off level on the planned line. Do not forget to consider that the cloth of the cutting tool has the thickness too. That the cut was ideally equal, use circular saw, the milling machine or the electric fret saw.
3. After side preparations are cut, be engaged in production of top. That she has correctly laid down on side walls, at cutting out leave from two parties on 0.5 - 1 cm of stock. Collect preparations, fastening them with screws of L 0.6 - 0.7 mm. It is desirable to glue joints with A-50 glue.
4. After assembly accurately install the turned-out box on the place. Record it, establishing between box walls spreader bars, and between box and wall – pieces of polyfoam. Check exposure of box both verticals and density of adherence it to door box across.
5. Surely fill emptiness with polyurethane foam. It is for this purpose better to use special gun as the foam given directly from bottle extends several times stronger and can turn out all design.
6. Later three - four hours cut off knife all sticking-out sites of polyurethane foam. If slots somewhere were formed, fill them with special sealant which is applied to laminate and parquet. Decorate small chips if those are found, by means of furniture wax. Upon termination of work it is possible to begin installation of platband.
