During repair not in all apertures of the apartment or house doors are established. And maybe so that the doorway is very deep and the standard box just does not block such aperture. In both cases it is required to finish doorway somehow in addition. With certain skills it is simple to make it.
It is required to you
- - the processed wooden bar 40 mm thick 100 mm wide, length of bar it is equal to doorway height – 4 pieces;
- - the processed wooden bar 40 mm thick 100 mm wide, length of bar it is equal to doorway width – 2 pieces;
- - scraps of board of imitation of bar or lining, the minimum length of board is equal to depth of aperture minus 200 mm;
- - tape measure;
- - screws;
- - electrofret saw;
- - wooden bar 20×20мм;
- - drill;
- - drill on tree with a diameter of 4 mm;
- - screw-driver or screw driver;
- - spreader wedges;
- - spreader bars;
- - polyurethane foam;
- - fillet;
- - finishing thin copper tacks;
- - hammer.
Instruction
1. Put in pairs in the plane wooden bar of 40 by 100 mm. Measure doorway depth. Let's say depth is equal to 400 mm. Move apart bar so that between its inner edges the distance was equal to 200 mm. The distance between the outer edges of bar will make in that case 400 mm that in this case and is required. Fasten to internal bottom sides of edges of this bar lengthways wooden bar of 20 by 20 mm. Distance between screws do about 150 - 200 mm. The lower planes of bar of 40 by 100 mm and 20 by 20 mm have to coincide.
2. Cut off at right angle (it is very important!) electrofret saw several pieces of board of imitation of bar or lining 200 mm long. Insert these boards across between the bars of 40 by 100 mm which are moved apart on 200 mm so that boards have laid down on the bar of 20 by 20 mm fastened to it. Cut off enough pieces of board and completely fill interval between bar of 40 by 100 mm.
3. Drill drill on tree with a diameter of 4 mm each board of imitation of bar or lining. You drill on two openings from each plank end at distance 10 mm from edge. Fasten board to bar of 20 by 20 mm. You watch that the clearance between bar 40 on 100 and face of each board was minimum. At you three boards will turn out: two boards 400 mm wide and length equal to doorway height (it will be side pillars) and one board 400 mm wide and length equal to doorway width (it will be the top crossing point).
4. Cut off side pillars at length from calculation the exact height of aperture minus 50 mm. Cut off from that party of rack which at installation will become bottom side. For assembly put on edge two boards so that bottom sides were on the one hand. Put with an overlap part of the top crossing point on conditional top faces of side pillars (assembly of slope is made in lying situation, on one side). You watch that the faces of boards were from the inside of slope. Fasten the top board of slope to its side pillars.
5. Insert slope into doorway. Insert spreader wedges into interval between the top crossing point and doorway. Insert wedges only at the edges of the top crossing point of slope, directly over side pillars of slope. Fix by spreader wedges slope in doorway. Expose side pillars of slope in the way necessary for you. In doorway, between side pillars of slope two rows on 3 pieces evenly insert 6 spreader bars. Length of bars is equal to slope width in upper part of aperture. Blow into interval between slope and wall of aperture polyurethane foam.
6. In 24 hours remove spreader bars and cut off the acted foam. Cut off fillet at the necessary length and close it screws which have fastened board to bar of 20 by 20 mm. Beat fillet finishing copper thin nails.
