Instruction
1. Prepare the sheet of gypsum cardboard 9.5 mm thick for finishing of slopes. Measure distance from edge of box to wall. Transfer the received sizes to the sheet of gypsum cardboard. Having once again made sure of the accuracy of measurements, cut out three preparations from leaf: top, right and left elements of slope.
2. Prepare slope for finishing. Remove all roughnesses, chop off the sticking-out parts of bricks. The surface to which gypsum cardboard will be pasted has to be rather plain. Slope it is abundant moisten with water to remove dust which can interfere with gluing of finishing material. It is convenient to use for this purpose spray.
3. Prepare polyurethane foam. For drawing the special gun as the foam applied directly from bottle can damage door assembly, vyvorotiv it is better to use it. Shake up cylinder with foam within 30 seconds. At first to zapenta the deepest hollows which are located in slope laying. If not to pay them special attention, then foam can not reach there at all. You apply foam on preparation with "snake". In this case at expansion, foam will close all surface of slope.
4. Now it is possible to paste cash part of slope from gypsum cardboard. Lean it as densely as has to. Then unstick it and again lean accurately against wall. Leave for 10 minutes until foam becomes more dense and sticky. At this time it is possible to prepare other preparations. 10 minutes later preparation will be pasted at once. Here the main thing is to be in time it correctly to expose. In this way paste other elements. After polyurethane foam grabs, trim protruding edges of gypsum cardboard hacksaw.
5. In completion of work decorate door opening by means of decorative plastic corner. Paint the surface of gypsum cardboard with white aqueous emulsion ink.
