For a long time the beneficial influence of bathing procedures on human body is known. And it is difficult to imagine lack of sweating room in the Russian bath or the Finnish sauna, it is rod, "soul" of these rooms. At interior finish of steam room it is necessary to consider some features.

2. Think and consult to the family whether you will wash in sweating room or you will arrange use only of dry steam. Selection of material for finishing depends on this factor. So, facing by stone or tile will approach more if there is a lot of steam and humidity. In other cases you can use wood of various breeds. For example, the linden, alder, aspen and others have the small thermal capacity (you will not burn at touch), besides, they are resistant to the increased temperature and humidity (will not become covered by cracks and to warp).
