The lambrequin is decorative curtain which is hung over portieres and gives to registration of window the finished look. Also additional decor allows to hide the main eaves and to visually increase or counterbalance window. There are several ways to fix lambrequin that draperies were not deformed and did not sag.

- - lambrequin;
- - ceiling eaves;
- - adhesive tape (velcro);
- - gardinny tape (tape).
Instruction
1. Get ceiling eaves of the necessary size. It can be direct or with round edges, of all wall or only on window width. Make marking on ceiling, drill openings, insert into them dowels. Apply eaves to ceiling and twirl screws.
2. Use fastening of rigid lambrequin by means of adhesive tape. Cut off velcro (velcro) of the necessary length, previously having measured the upper bound of lambrequin. Paste sticky part to outer edge of ceiling eaves by means of glue.
3. Accurately sew soft part of velcro to inner side of lambrequin. Not to spoil exterior of product use concealed joint or instead of threads take thin fishing line. Fix lambrequin on eaves, having connected both parts of adhesive tape.
4. In case the ceiling eaves are equipped with beautiful baguette which you do not want to hide, sew soft part of velcro to front part of lambrequin. In that case paste sticky part of tape to inner side of baguette. Connect both parts of velcro and reliably fix lambrequin.
5. Apply fastening of soft lambrequin by means of tape. Fix plastic hooks from face side of ceiling eaves. Sew gardinny tape to lambrequin. Hang up lambrequin on hooks and straighten it. In order that the decorative element did not sag, arrange hooks as it is possible more closely to each other.
6. If portieres at your window hang on tubular or shod eaves, and you want to decorate in addition them with lambrequin, get special additional fastening. Mount eaves for lambrequin from flexible profile to ceiling, in arch or bay window before the main eaves. Fix on it rigid or soft lambrequin by means of velcro or tape.
7. Record throw-over lambrequin by means of hooks on tubular eaves. Throw the free ends through crossbeam and drape fabric in any order.
