When settling to the new house or change of place of residence, neighbors should not be chosen, most often. Buying the apartment, think of location of the house, of apartment cost, of repair – of anything, besides, what neighbors live nearby. 1. Try to talk to neighbors, to make friends. Perhaps, they just do not know you, also as well as your requirements therefore behave not as you want. 7. Do not use illegal methods, do not do to the neighbor of dirty trick in revenge. You remember the law of boomerang, all this will return further to you in the most unpleasant way.
