But actually it is the dangerous wrecker who can cause considerable damage to kitchen garden and garden. Larvae of may-bug podgryzat roots of trees, spoil potato tubers, carrots and beet. 1. It is necessary to begin fight against may-bugs on the site with destruction of larvae. They live underground at various times years at various depth. It is the most convenient to bring together them in warm weather, in the spring and in the summer when they are in 10-20 centimeters from surface. Collect larvae manually when redigging the soil and destroy.
2. To destroy larvae of may-bug, water the earth with infusion of onions peel. Collect about a third of bucket of peel, fill in with water to the brim and insist 5-6 days. Then dilute with water in proportion 1 to 1 and water with this solution beds, it is better in warm weather when larvae are closer to surface.

5. It is possible to make also other trap, of plastic bottle. Cut off upper part, make four openings in walls and pass throughout them cord. Pour the begun to ferment jam or kvass in bottle, hang up trap on tree (better than such designs to make a little). Wreckers will fly inside, will not be able to get out of bottle and will die. Traps it is necessary to examine and move away constantly from there dead bugs.

7. In fight against cockchafers it is good to attract in allies of birds: starlings, thrushes, rooks. 8. If all above methods do not help to solve cardinally problem with may-bugs, it is necessary to resort to use of chemicals. But it is possible to apply such strong means only during mass summer of bugs, that is before blossoming of trees. Spray landings in the afternoon, then cockchafers eat.
