Instruction
1. The first that needs to be made is to find breeding places of midges. They lay eggs in rotten or raw vegetables and fruit, garbage cans, flowerpots. For prevention of reproduction of new midges it is necessary to touch all fruit and vegetables, to take out and wash up garbage cans.
2. Unfortunately, only the partition of vegetables and fruit will not possible to manage. Midges have laid eggs in all stocks therefore after removal of the spoiled products and sorting, it is necessary to wash out and dry all remained fruit and vegetables. After onions partition, all remained which was not subject to decay it is necessary to clean from the top scales and to dry in the sun or in the ventilated place.
3. Further it is necessary to process flowerpots because midges have surely made laying in them. For this purpose flowers and plants can be replaced to the new soil or to dig out accurately, and to steam old soil within 4 hours. For prevention of emergence of new individuals, plants should be watered moderately and for the purpose of prevention periodically to moisten the soil with pink solution of potassium permanganate or to buy in flower shop means from midges and to process flowers.
4. To destroy already flying insects it is necessary to sprinkle places of mass congestion aerosol from the flying insects. It is also possible to install fumigant injectors or to hang out adhesive tape.
5. In owner-occupied dwelling in addition it is necessary to process the basement and to make full sorting of vegetables and fruit.
6. For destruction of midges it is possible to use traps. For production of trap on bottom of capacity it is necessary to put bait which can be from sweet fruit or sweet tea. Midges will be flown to bait and they can be destroyed.
