- - ammonia solution;
- - vinegar of 9%;
- - bleach;
- - water;
- - laundry detergent;
- - iron;
- - two clean rags.
Instruction
1. Even clean things will have unpleasant smell if in cabinet smells of mold. It is unlikely there will be persons interested to wash outerwear every day therefore it is necessary to remove the cause of emergence of dampness. Touch all clothes to find smell source. Make sure that not the cabinet smells of mold. Anyway process regiments water with addition of ammonia solution - on basin of 1 tsp. Dry wipe and leave to be aired for 2 hours.
2. Wash clothes with smell of mold in hot water, having added bleach in the volume, safe for thing. Rinse in warm water, at the last stage of rinsing having added to water of acetic acid - 3 tablespoons on 8 l. waters. Acid neutralizes unpleasant smells which can remain even after washing.
3. Straighten the washed clothes, dry. It is very good if it turns out to take out on the street and to fry thoroughly in the sun. If there is no such opportunity, it is possible to air clothes on the balcony. You dry clothes before "knock". Any not dry-through thing will promote emergence of smell of dampness, and subsequently and mold.
4. Surely iron dry clothes the hot iron on both sides. Do not put away hot clothes on storage, let it will cool down, only after that pile it.
5. You store worn and clean clothes separately from each other, on different shelves. If wet weather, you dry clothes, having come from the street. Damp jeans or the jacket thrown hurriedly are capable to become mold smell source for all cabinet after a while and to saturate with it clean sets of clothes.
6. You carry out preventive procedures for prevention of emergence of stale smell of clothes. Air cabinets, open doors, put forward boxes at least once in month. Humidity of the closed cabinets together with lack of light will become the ideal environment for emergence not only smell, but also the mold.
