Surfactants are absolutely safe for the environment. They form thin film on any surface. The most known among them ordinary soap. Processing of plant soap solution leads of insects to death. On liter of water 3 - 4 spoons of soap for mixing of mortar undertake. Soap is applied on plant by means of soft brush, and in several hours is washed away by warm water.
Soap solution will be suitable for those species of plant louse which twist escapes in tubule as it is impossible by the way. For this purpose tops of plant plunge into basin with solution. Next day soap is washed away by hose or from watering can. It is harmless way, but it is necessary to repeat it repeatedly.
