The wooden furniture is loved and appreciated its natural beauty and gloss, but ugly marks and scratches can spoil exterior. There are several ways of disposal of defects on so expensive to your heart to interior subject.

- Soft furniture wax, plastic palette, knife, dry and damp clean rags, damp gauze, iron, walnut or Brazil nut, tung or vegetable oil, furniture stroke, polish.
Instruction
1. To get rid of scratches on furniture from MDF or chipboard use furniture soft wax. It is intended for seal of cracks, scratches, chips and dents on the wooden and laminated surfaces. Wax can be bought in specialized hardware stores. Pick up color gamma necessary to you.
2. Apply repair structure with rubbing in method on the damaged surface. If you formed chip on furniture or deep scratch, take knife, cut off small piece of wax and fill with it chip. Accurately remove surplus with the plastic palette, and after that polish place of failure with dry felt rag.
3. Several companies produce the special polishes intended for polish of wooden furniture and masking of scratches and spots. Polishes are produced different shades among which will be suitable for tree of any breed and shade. Pick up the closest color to wood of your furniture. In process of rubbing in of polish in surface of scratch and the abraded sites of polish will gain color of all other surface.
4. It is possible to buy special means for filling of scratches on furniture - stroke furniture. Shake up furniture stroke before application, cause structure in 1-4 layers depending on gravity of surface damage. Leave to dry for 5-10 minutes and remove surplus with clean damp rag.
5. Small scratches on furniture from light wood can be hidden, having wiped the scratched place with pulp of walnut or Brazil nut. Previously cut nut and wait 1-2 minutes that nut oil was emitted.
6. To adjust the repaired surface to color, also often use vegetable or tung oil. This way especially well works at wooden furniture from light pine and it the similar wood which is naturally darkening under the influence of direct sunlight.
7. Apply oil, let's it be absorbed in wood and, if necessary, if surface not rather dark, repeat the procedure. After drawing three layers before putting the subsequent, leave furniture to stand night that oil has got more deeply into tree.
8. It is possible to cope with small scratches and chips by means of steam. Apply the damp gauze put in 3-4 layers to the place of chip and press it the hot iron. The allocated steam gets in wood and expands it, hiding damage. Infinitely the tree will not extend therefore on big chips completely to get rid of defect it will not turn out. And most important: for a start surely test this way on some imperceptible site of furniture.
