Carbon fabrics are composite material, on structure represent texture of the threads of carbon fastened with epoxy resins, have various drawings of weaving. Material in many industries, including in automobile is applied. Paste over with carbon fabrics bodies, headlights, bumper of cars for ornament and protection.

- - plastic and felt palettes;
- - abrasive paper (raznozernisty);
- - brushes;
- - molecular glue;
- - hair dryer;
- - scissors and scales;
- - adhesive tape;
- - container (bucket) with warm soapsuds.
Instruction
1. Rules of gluing of vinyl film which need to be known before gluing carbon fabrics: Pick up the necessary drawing of carbon fabrics and also necessary tools for its drawing – plastic and felt palettes, abrasive paper raznozernisty, brushes, molecular glue, the hair dryer, scissors and scales, adhesive tape, container (bucket) with warm soapsuds. Accurately define that you would like to change, applying carbon fabrics – external or internal tuning.
2. Smooth out part abrasive paper 120, trying to obtain absolutely plain surface. It is very important!
3. Be engaged in hashing of basic layer of epoxy resin (not less than 3 min.), after brush apply on surface of part and postpone for 2.5 or 3 hours. Wait when pitch becomes sticky.
4. To glue carbon fabrics not simple task. Trace that fabric was enough, and apply it on part so that it was not necessary to begin anew. Make sure that fabric is pasted to part. Leave part to dry 6 hours.
5. At the edges cut off excess carbon fabrics, having left edges for gluing adhesive tape.
6. Weigh necessary amount of pitch for repeated covering (in the ratio 2:1 – epoxy resin and the hardener respectively). You watch that bubbles did not appear. After repeated drawing postpone part for 8 hours.
7. Process repeats 2 more times: smooth out the arisen roughnesses abrasive paper 120, to put layer, in 3 hours – still layer. Postpone part for 8 hours.
8. If you see bubbles on epoxy resin – warm up them the hair dryer. After drawing all necessary layers, start lacquering with the subsequent polish of part. Do not forget to moisten nazhdachka in soapsuds from time to time! Successful tuning!
