Preparation of the soil and planting of seedling of beet
Before beginning planting of plants, it is necessary to find for them the suitable place on the seasonal or garden dacha. Territories where there is fertile soil and light loams with neutral pH are suitable for beet. The remoistened and sour soil is not suitable for cultivation of such root crop. On them it becomes shallow, reddens and becomes strongly rigid.
By preparation of beds at first dig over the soil on depth about 25-35 cm. Introduce in it organic fertilizers. Dig out for them holes about 15-20 cm in depth. Take seedling from boxes accurately. Here it is important not to damage its root system, otherwise the sapling will be gone. Cultivation of beet from seedling
It will be necessary to look after saplings with special care within month. During this period they are especially vulnerable. It is required to make not only regular watering, but also to carry out fertilizing. It should be done with use of potash fertilizer. It is required to spend 70 grams of chloride of potassium for 10 l of water. In each hole about 300 ml of ready mix pour out.
