Broccoli is annual plant of family cabbage. It is dietary product therefore small children can use it even. The homeland of cabbage is East Mediterranean and Asia Minor. This vegetable is very popular in Russia, but best of all it yields harvest in regions where the cool crude climate prevails.

The first fertilizing should be carried out in 15 days after planting of plants. For this purpose urea part 500 ml of mullein and 1 tsp in 10 liters of water. Bring at the roots. Water broccoli rather often as she does not love drought. Weekly you loosen the earth approximately on depth of 8 cm. In due time delete weeds as they can press plants. It is necessary to reap crop until, flower buds were not dismissed yet. And it is desirable to do it in the morning. In several days after collecting you can find side escapes in plant, remove them and freeze.
