The cauliflower contains protein, vitamins, mineral salts. It is tasty and useful vegetable, but to grow up it slightly more difficultly, than other grades of cabbage. The fact is that the cauliflower loves the fertile, well humidified soils. But for the sake of excellent taste it is worth working! Successfully it is possible to grow up this grade of cabbage only by seedling method.
Instruction
1. It is the best of all to grow up seedling of color cabbage in the greenhouse. Before sowing of seeds on seedling pave the way: dig over beds and fertilize them manure, mineral fertilizers. Do not abuse nitrogen - its surplus can lead to the fact that heads of cabbage will become less dense, than it is necessary.
2. At the end of April it is possible to sow cauliflower seeds. Make in the prepared beds ranks at distance of 50 - 60 cm from each other. Carefully spill them warm water and sow seeds. Then pull polyethylene film. In warm days the film should be slightly opened or removed that seedling was not extended.
3. In two weeks after seedling has ascended, feed up it fertilizer, for example, of "Agrikola-1". When there are 4 real leaves, replace cabbage to the constant place. Between ranks the distance has to be 50 cm, between plants – 25-30 cm. The bed for cabbage before change needs to be fertilized ashes, superphosphate of sodium and nitrophoska and also manure or humus.
