Lilies – very beautiful flowers with pleasant aroma. They can be grown up both in garden, and in flowerpot in house conditions. These flowers are very hardy and are not whimsical in courting.

- - phosphoric fertilizers;
- - nitrogen fertilizers;
- - mulch;
- - water.
Instruction
1. Find the suitable place in the garden. Plant lilies near drainage system. It is necessary that the place of disembarkation did not save water after rains. If it is not possible to find such place, plant lilies on the small height or on slope. You watch also that the chosen place has been most lit with sunlight. It has to be lit with direct beams of the sun during, at least, half of daylight hours.
2. Try to plant line bulbs as soon as possible. If you have no opportunity to plant lilies right after their acquisition, keep them in the dark, cool place, for example, in the fridge at temperature above zero. It is necessary not to allow their premature germination. Lilies can be planted in the fall or at the beginning of winter, in the spring they will already blossom. You can also plant them at the beginning of spring, in that case they will begin to blossom by the end of summer, but at full capacity they will blossom in year.
3. It is necessary to plant lily bulbs at depth about 15 see. It will protect them from overheating in the sun, will provide cool and also will create conditions for forming of strong root system. Lilies can be planted also on earth surface, having covered with their 15 centimetric layer lands. Do not plant lily too densely to each other, the distance between them has to be not less than 15 see. Having dug out deepening of necessary depth, fill up its bottom with phosphoric fertilizer, then plant bulb and cover with earth. The planted lily needs to be watered at once. If on the street it is cool, from above it is possible to fill mulch layer.
4. Lilies do not demand special care. As soon as you see the first sprouts, add a few nitrogen fertilizers. But do not go too far, stalks of plant can weaken from excess of nutrients. Besides, at the increased humidity and strong heat the excess of nitrogen can lead to rotting of bulb. Add fertilizers once again approximately in month.
5. Do not forget to water lilies. The amount of necessary water depends on grade of this plant. For example, east lily blossoms only in August, it demands watering during the whole summer. The Asian lily grows in arid and hot climate, it is not necessary to water it constantly.
6. Cutting off the blossoming lilies, keep, at least, 2/3 its stalks. It is necessary that the flower could grow further. It is also necessary to provide to this plant good conditions during the winter period. Cover flower with thick layer of straw. You can also protect lilies from too cold winters, having dug out their bulbs till next spring.
