Oak – powerful tree with dense sprawling krone. It can become the main decoration of the seasonal dacha or yard of owner-occupied dwelling. It is possible to grow up oak independently from acorn.

Instruction
1. Collect acorns under healthy and beautiful oak. It is the best of all to do it in the middle of the fall when yellow foliage on oak has not up to the end flown. Mature acorns have to be yellowish-brown with small green shade. The hat has to be removed easily from fruit.
2. Gather water in basin and lower in it acorns. Throw out all emerged acorns – they are spoiled and will not sprout. Take out other acorns from water and dry up.
3. Take plastic bag and approximately half fill it with excelsior and moss in equal volumes. Such mix will well hold moisture. Place acorns in package and remove it in the fridge. At constant humidity and temperature of +4 degrees the acorns will be in condition of hibernation. If you store them at the room temperature, they will just dry and will die.
4. Regularly check acorns in the fridge. In 40-50 days of storage, backs have to appear. Put the sprouted acorns in separate pots or containers. Use quality garden soil. Water landings. You watch that the earth did not dry up. Place pots with sprouts on the most lit windowsill.
5. Plant seedling in the spring to the open ground. The suitable candidate for change has to be 10-15 cm in height. Such plant has to have healthy small green leaves, white roots and well grown main root. Plant oak in well lit place far from pipelines and power lines.
6. Prepare the place. Remove the turf in circle with a diameter about a meter. Dig over soil on depth of 25 cm that there is no large lump of the earth left. If the earth dry, water it.
7. Dig out pole which depth has to be equal to the main root of sapling. Replace oaklet. Accurately cover hole with earth and slightly stamp. Water plant. Lay out the earth around oak bark pieces that it remained damp, and weeds did not sprout.
8. In dry weather the young oak needs to be watered. If on the site there are rabbits, the tree needs to be fenced with special grid or small fence.
