To receive generous early harvest of cucumbers, it is necessary to grow up beforehand their seedling and to plant it. Independently the beginning summer resident gardener can cope with this task even.

- - seeds of cucumbers;
- - disposable glasses or plastic liter bottles;
- - pricker;
- - cespitose earth;
- - sawdust;
- - humus;
- - potassium sulfate;
- - superphosphate;
- - urea;
- - wood ashes;
- - salt;
- - water;
- - potassium permanganate;
- - gauze;
- - blade.
Instruction
1. Prepare container in which you will grow up seedling of cucumbers. For this purpose you can use plastic disposable cups (better that the volume of such capacity was not less than 0.5 l as otherwise it will be more difficult to you to support necessary soil moisture) or liter plastic bottles with the cut-off neck. On bottom of the prepared container make small openings which are intended for water drainage.
2. Prepare soil mix: mix 2 parts of humus with 2 parts of the cespitose earth and 1 part of sawdust. Then enrich soil mix with mineral fertilizers (on 10 l of mix take 1 tsp of urea, 1 tsp of superphosphate and 1 tsp of sulfate of potassium and also 1 glass of wood ashes). Fill pots with the prepared soil mix.
3. Choose healthy seeds for landing, and 5% hydrochloric solution (for its preparation take 100 ml of water of room temperature and 5 g of salt) will help with it. Lower seeds in solution: seeds, unsuitable for landing, will emerge on surface, and full will remain at the bottom of capacity.
4. Disinfect seeds. For this purpose prepare solution of manganic and sour potassium (on 100 ml of water take 1 g of potassium permanganate) and lower in it seeds for 25-30 minutes. Then rinse them under stream of pure flowing water and shift for 30-36 hours in the fridge. After that wet seeds (the recommended water temperature 25-30os) for 7-8 hours: on saucer lay out seeds, and atop cover with the damp gauze folded double.
5. In pots make deepenings of 2 cm and place in each of them on 1 sprouted seed. Surely humidify the soil. Before emergence of shoots maintain the air temperature of 27 wasps, then for 4 days lower temperature to 18 wasps in the afternoon and 15 wasps at night.
