1. To avoid short circuit and insulation fault, it is not necessary to do several simple things: to hang up any objects on wires, to place electrical wires too close to branches of trees, other wires or roof. Also you should not paint cords and to put them for batteries and heating pipes. Do not stick open electrical wiring with wall-paper, newspapers and other finishing materials, you do not fix wires nails.
2. Before twisting screws in wall, to drill, hammer nails, precisely learn location of the buried wiring. Use only household electric drill, it is intended especially for house use. Strictly follow instructions to electric devices.
3. Never touch at the same time the grounded subject (pipes, batteries, gas-fires) and to the current collector. You watch serviceability of the electrolighter for gas-fire. Carefully use electricity in crude rooms with brick, earth or concrete floors.
4. Do not use self-made electric devices. Never touch broken wire, address to housing management office or to local office of power supply networks for the help in elimination of malfunctions and breaks. Isolate small children from contact with electricity. Explain them instructions for use of electric devices.
5. Wires should not have malfunctions, do not use the device with the damaged cord. Pulling out wire from the socket, pull only for fork. It is undesirable to establish field wiring. Pour water only in the switched-off electric kettles and coffee makers.
6. To change bulbs, to clean electric devices, to change switches and sockets it is possible only at the switched-off electricity or lack of tension. Before leaving the house, switch off electricity. At once replace the fused safety lock with new. Do not use electric devices in the bathroom and never touch them by wet hands.
