The creaking doors quite can turn into headache, especially if they are opened and closed constantly during the day. It is necessary to hang up correctly door that such problem did not arise. On level install box on the party of canopies (loops), then on the party of rabbet. Fasten to door cloth of loop and hang door. Check the provision of your door concerning rabbet, examine gap between box and cloth, having made sure that that is identical everywhere. Then grease loops litoly and everything is ready. And now we will paint this process in more detail.
Instruction
1. You need to know for sure what level of clean floor indoors. It is necessary for the correct exposure of door case in aperture.
2. Previously remove door opening on height and width in the size of door unit. Also leave technology gap in 10-20 mm between aperture and box from each party (for sealant).
3. Expose door case strictly on level on height from rabbet and from cloth. Consider that level is better to have professional. The top of door case at you has to have the horizon. That it was convenient to be exposed, wedge box bars of wedge-shaped form. Having exposed it on level, measure distance between racks above and also in the bottom of door case. Gaps between racks and cloth have to make 3-3.5 mm, but it is no more.
4. Make marking and insert of loops. It is possible to make it by means of special mill or chisels on depth of thickness of the loop. That loops did not warp, make sure of uniformity of hollows under loops on door cloth and on box. Fasten loops screws with countersunk heads, and oil leg of each loop lubricating or graphite lubricant.
5. The box is usually mounted to slope by the anchor bolt allowing to adjust racks down. It is possible to increase warm and sound insulation of door by means of filling of space between slope and box with polyurethane foam sealant. We strongly recommend to paste over door case with painting adhesive tape previously. It will help you to avoid damages to work process. Openings in door case can be closed from anchor bolts decorative traffic jams.
6. Kill platbands by means of the miter box at an angle in 45o and attach them to box the hidden or liquid nails. Also if necessary you can mount the box dilator. That's it.
