Today for accounting of amount of the used heat energy in houses and apartments use special counters of heat. Use of this device gives the following advantages: payment for heating is raised strictly on tariff, considering amount of the consumed heat energy, but not room space; the counter allows to regulate the level of receipt of heat; expenses for heating payment decrease.
Instruction
1. If you have decided to install the counter for accounting of heat at yourself in the apartment or the house, in the beginning find out whether there is possibility of its mounting. There is no sense to put the counter if you have in the apartment distributing of pipes vertical when own vertical strut approaches each radiator (pipe from below up). In this case it is necessary to install several thermal counters that is very expensive. Installation is justified if in the apartment distributing of pipes horizontal.
2. If you install the counter in multifamily house, then in the beginning it is necessary to hold meeting of all residents of the house, to write the protocol, to make the decision on installation of the counter, to collect signatures of residents of your house.
3. Then submit the application to ZhEK or management company for installation of the device for accounting of giving of heat energy.
4. Choose the organization which carries out installation of counters, but pay attention that it has to have the license for this type of works. This organization has to make the project, agree on documents in the heatsupplying organization, register metering station and put in operation.
5. The inspector from thermal network has to examine and seal the installed counter. He draws up the statement of the admission of this metering station. As a rule, the inspector is called by firm fitter, but also you need to hold this question on control. Sealing is carried out within 20 days from the moment of installation, only after it it is possible to take readings.
6. The act is signed by the inspector and the representative of condominium, ZhEU or management company. It is possible to install the metering device of heat energy at all seasons of the year, but that temperature was not lower than-10 degrees. Data of the heat meter are taken off every month and are transferred I to the heatsupplying organization.
