The cooking panel – integral part of any kitchen. But it is simple to buy it insufficiently, it it is necessary also it is correct to establish and operate.
Instruction
1. The room in which place cooking panel has to be equipped with vent system. According to modern requirements to hygiene and safety of the dwelling, over cooking surface the extract has to be established. Therefore in parallel with cooking surface it is necessary to install also exhaust system. If it for some reason is impossible, then at window the fan of sufficient power has to be installed.
2. Cooking surfaces cut in table-tops from any material. The main thing that material of which it is made was not thinner than 25 mm and its thermal stability was not less than 100 °C. If the cooking panel crashes between two cabinets, then the distance from it to the next wall has to be not less than 15 cm, and to wall kitchens not less than 5 cm. If this distance cannot be kept, then between the panel and wall it is necessary to lay heat-insulating material.
3. Begin electric connection with grounding check. It is forbidden to use adapters and extenders at connection of electrics.
4. If the cooking panel gas, then to the gas pipeline only the employee of gas service, upon termination of such connection has to make connection, the gas-man has to make mark in the passport and also check all joints for tightness. For this purpose usually use soap solution. If somewhere connection is not dense, then soap bubbles appear there. As gas is recommended to be blocked after each use, the crane of gas has to be manageable and stand in the available place. Rings have to be adjusted so that the flame was equal and on it yellow patches of light did not appear.
