4. After all counters are installed, they have to be sealed. For this purpose it is necessary to address to management company.
5. The owners who have installed counters will have to write down every month all indications of hydrometers in receipts, and then pay the added payments for the rendered services of water supply. Calculations are made on the tariffs established in the approved order.
