Wall gas boilers provide apartments and houses not only with heat, but also hot-water supply. They are compact and very easy-to-work. Correctly to install such boiler, it is necessary to observe all recommendations of the producer.

Instruction
1. Choose the place for installation of wall gas boiler. Usually they are mounted in kitchen or in the storeroom where there is external wall. In the chosen room the air temperature has to be from +5 to +35oc, and air humidity - no more than 80%.
2. Punch in external wall opening for flue. Collect and establish extract. It represents the coaxial flue providing external intake of air for operation of the boiler and conclusion of combustion products of natural gas.
3. Establish flue in opening. Close up opening polyurethane foam. After its hardening cement all slots from external and inside of wall.
4. Attach bracket to wall. It has to be parallel to floor that the boiler froze up exactly.
5. Hang up boiler on wall. Check its situation with the help of construction level.
6. Connect to boiler of the highway of heating system, having installed the wire mesh filter on entrance of the return branch. It will prevent the equipment from contamination. Establish ball valves on both sides of the filter and on all branch pipes of boiler.
7. Connect the equipment of wall gas boiler to the power supply network. For this purpose in set of delivery there is special three-conductor cable. Install the ground outlet near boiler.
8. Invite specialists of gas service as only the workers having the corresponding permissions can connect boiler to gas pipe-line. They will make mounting of gas cock, the counter and alarm system of gas contamination and will be present at the first launch of the boiler.
9. Carry out heating system testings after installation of equipment. Fill system with water, having turned the valve which is in the bottom of boiler. At the same time the boiler has to be switched-off from the power supply network. Water has to fill system slowly that there was air.
10. You watch pressure in system. When it is 0.8 - 1.2 Bars, close valve. Make sure of tightness of system. Connect boiler to the power supply network, turn on it and install the thermostat relay on peak value. In the course of the first start of boiler the expert who made its connection to gas pipe-line has to fill out the guarantee passport and issue instructions for equipment maintenance.
