Recently upon purchase of apartments special attention is paid on such element of planning as loggia. Without it the apartment will cost much cheaper. Having carefully thought over design of loggia, you can create the cozy corner for rest.
It is required to you
- - polyethylene film, mineral wool and lining for the equipment of walls;
- - floorboard and bars of 50х50 mm;
- - hard putty, primer and ceiling paint.
Instruction
1. Close up loggia seams pieces of polyfoam and fill the remained cavity with polyurethane foam. Paste over ceiling and walls with mineral wool. From above lay polyethylene film to prevent condensate emergence. The film has to go beyond each of walls on 20 cm.
2. Fix wood furring from bars on floor by means of self-tapping screws. The distance between bars has to be within 40-50 cm, and the planes of bars have been leveled on plumb. Fix floorboard on furring. Polish floor and cover with two varnish coats.
3. Establish wood furring for walls. Fix lining on furring. Nails should be driven in into lining from groove. Lining has to be processed by antiseptiruyushchy liquid and undergo chamber drying. It should be chosen as knotless and other defects. For fixing of lining it is possible to use special decorative bracket that will give to surface nice esthetic view.
4. Clean ceiling surface from dirt and dust. Just before primer make washing of ceiling with water with soap or laundry detergent. Apply 2 layers of primer on ceiling: the first layer needs to be put perpendicularly, the second - parallel to the rays of light falling from window. Put with thin layer shkatlyovka, if necessary strengthen it armoring lattice. After drying of putty polish small abrasive paper and paint ceiling. Establish wooden or wicker furniture on loggia and decorate loggia with flowers.
