Large families, participants of war, veterans of war, work, military or public service, disabled people and other categories of citizens have the right to issue privileges of housing and public utilities. At the same time the exempt optional has to be the owner or the employer of the apartment – to him to be enough registered to the specified address.

- - statement for granting privileges;
- - passport;
- - the certificate confirming the right for privileges;
- - receipts on payment of utilities;
- - certificate of family composition;
- - technical data sheet of the house or apartment;
- - the document confirming the property right to the apartment (or registration).
Instruction
1. Collect the full package of documents. Register the statement for registration of privileges in the housing organization serving the house or in regional department of social security of the population. The document is filed on the established sample therefore it is better to write it directly in office.
2. Provide the documents confirming your right for privileges of housing and public utilities in zhilkontor, having pointed way of receiving money equivalent to the discount amount on payment of utilities which in each case pay off individually. 3.
