In this case repair will be inexpensive, but the bathroom and toilet will become much more attractive. Low-quality or just very old floor can become serious problem. To remove former floor covering, to level surfaces, to buy and establish new linoleum, tile or especially parquet – expensive pleasure. To change floors in the rental apartment and to spend the money for improvement of someone else's property – not the best option. If in the apartment wooden floor, it is possible to paint it, and, perhaps, it will be enough. Other option is to hide ugly floor covering carpets. If you decide to move to other house, you will be able just to take away them with yourself. And, at last, it is possible to lay new linoleum directly on old, ragged floor covering, having accurately fixed it.

If in one room or especially in all apartment it is very dark even in the afternoon (for example if before windows there are a lot of high trees), try to organize artificial lighting correctly. Add floor lamps, sconce and desk lamps. Also appropriate will be to decorate the room with mirrors, or to add the glossy light surfaces reflecting light. Remember that the color gamma is more dark, the more light will be required so whenever possible try to choose light shades, especially at registration of big surfaces.

And, at last, at registration of the rental apartment it is possible to face one more problem which at first sight seems insignificant. It is about bad look from window. It can seem not too important, however over time the fact that, looking out of window, you can see only dump or something so unpleasant, will begin to irritate. That it has not occurred, try to distract attention from look outside the window. Decorate windowsill beautiful with flowers, and cover windows with translucent curtains which will pass sunlight, but at the same time will hide unattractive landscape.
