1. Tying of armature by means of wire will demand skilled labor which connect design from rods by means of combination pliers or special hooks. Rods join with an overlap then in three places tie up joint by means of steel wire – at the edges and in the middle. Diameter of the wire used for this purpose will depend on diameter of the applied armature. If for work the rods having smooth profile are chosen it is required to carry out in addition bending back of hooks – it increases labor input of all process a little.
2. If diameter of armature is less than thirty two millimeters, it is necessary to connect it by means of welding. Manual welding by much seems in more preferable way, but is at it and shortcomings are, for example, large volumes of works which demand either time, or large number of performers. Besides, it is impossible to apply induction welding with diameter of armature more than thirty two millimeters. There is one more inconvenience – connections when welding will create big rigidity for all design, and at the subsequent operation it can be broken integrity of welded designs.
3. The knitting gun with wire is considered good option – work with the automatic tool many times reduces labor input of tying. Process turns out fast, quality of performance of work good. The knitting gun can work from the accumulator. It is necessary to use with it wire from replaceable coils. Armature should not lie at the same time at the bottom of the base – it is necessary to apply special holders or to enclose bricks under pins. It is possible to thrust them directly to the earth.
4. Before performance of work all rods intended for tying of mesh reinforcement should be prepared properly. Pins are examined and by means of steel brush cleaned from dirt or in case of need slightly corrected the hammer. The element moves on the place intended for it, is properly fixed, leveled in the necessary situation according to the project. After that it is possible to knit joints.
