When carrying out repair in the apartment sometimes it is required to lay ceramic tile on wooden surface of floor. The old wooden floor demands certain preparation for laying of tile.

- Parchment paper, gypsum-fiber leaf or cement and chip plate, haydite, cement, sand, liquid glue, polyurethane foam, construction level, self-tapping screws, screw driver
Instruction
1. When laying tile it is necessary to remember that the base on which it is located has to be rigid and rigid. For a start it is necessary to carry out survey of the available wooden cover. Old floor usually consists of several layers: flooring (linoleum, parquet), substrate (wood-shaving plate, plywood), draft floor (the boards fixed on logs).
2. If old wooden covers squeak and in places fail, remove old flooring and substrate. Examine draft floor and logs. If their state is satisfactory, it is possible to leave them as basis.
3. Boards of draft floor are removed by means of nail-catcher. Establish logs on substrates and by means of construction level you will expose horizontally. Best of all to process logs and board protective impregnation. Give to impregnation time for drying.
4. Between logs to their top level fill small haydite. It is necessary to fix boards across log two self-tapping screws in places of contact with logs. Between boards leave gaps about 3 mm.
5. Lay boards parchment paper on which attach new substrate. The gypsum-fiber leaf or cement and chip plate 20 mm thick suits for substrate. Sheets it is necessary to fix vrazbezhka self-tapping screws on all perimeter and on the plane, step between self-tapping screws – about 15-20 cm.
6. Fill joints between new floor and wall with polyurethane foam. Now it is possible to ground floor and to safely stack on it tile.
7. If wooden floor in bad condition and conditions allow to make tie, then other option will approach. For this purpose old floor is dismantled to concrete, joints between overlapping and wall are exposed to waterproofing (cement and sand mix and liquid glue).
8. By means of construction level on perimeter of the room the horizontal line beats off. Concrete floor is grounded. Then cement and sand solution fills in tie. After that it is required to wait approximately day. Then smooth out surface from the emerged haydite, ground surface and fill in it with solution, leveling it rail. Works should be conducted towards exit.
9. In three days, after drying, the tie is ready, it is possible to stack tile on it. Laying of tile on the wooden floors prepared by one of the ways given above is made on normal technology.
