1. Budding of tangerine, its blossoming and infructescence best of all take place at temperature of +15-18 °C. Recommend to contain tree in the winter in the light cool room where temperature about 12 °C is maintained. If tangerine is deprived of such cold wintering, it will not be able to fructify.
2. In the summer and in the spring tangerine is watered 1-2 times a day are abundant warm water, in the winter — 1-2 times a week are moderate. At the same time it is even impossible to allow dryings of the soil in the winter, it will lead to twisting and subsidence of leaves and also to bad development of fruits. It is worth to remember that tangerine can die from excess of moisture, since October the watering is gradually reduced.
3. During the summer period tangerine needs to be sprayed regularly. If the plant contains in the room with long-distance heating, it needs to be sprayed and in the winter. Dry air has negative effect on tree, near tangerine it is necessary to put wide ware with water, and it is useful to spray krone with water of room temperature daily.
4. As a rule, in room conditions tangerines differ in low-tallness, gradually they turn into peculiar trees dwarfs. Their fruits are tied without controlled pollination, at the same time the taste depends on the correct leaving. Illumination is of great importance. In the winter and recommend to use normal fluorescent lamps late fall. To prolong daylight hours till 12 o'clock, they are turned on early in the morning and in the evening.
5. Young trees are replaced every year. It is not necessary to carry out change if plant roots have not managed to braid earth lump yet. In this case it is enough to change drainage and top soil layers. The fructifying trees need to be replaced not more often than once for 2-3 years. 6. For young tangerines the soil is prepared from mix of the cespitose and sheet earth with addition of sand and humus from cow manure. For adult trees increase share of the cespitose earth and use small amount of rich clay.
7. In the first half of summer carry out fertilizing watering, it will increase the content of sugar in fruits and will reduce their bitterish smack. The tangerine is more senior, the more it needs fertilizing. Recommend to use the combined mineral fertilizers for citrus and also organic, for example, slush from cow manure.
