Instruction
1. Insistence to registration of interior incessantly increases. Today very few people will agree to see the dwelling faceless and uninteresting. One of ways to change living space and to decorate it – mounting of arch from gypsum cardboard.
2. It is possible to issue door opening in several ways: to make classical arch with the correct radius, with the overestimated arch, with direct middle part and rounded off by edges. Therefore the first that needs to be solved - what will be arch. Then to decide on its height. In houses of old construction height of ceilings allows not to dismantle the top crossing point over door opening. But in new buildings it should be destroyed as differently not to reach the necessary height of arch.
3. Beginning of works: dismantling of door case. Then remove crossing point and clean surface of ceiling and walls from dust and dirt. If the arch is decided to be made in through corridor, then on walls and ceiling note location of future arch. This work is performed by means of marker and construction level.
4. Further start production of semicircular parts from gypsum cardboard which will be arch sides. For this purpose lay the sheet HL on the floor, tie strong thread to which the pencil is attached to the self-tapping screw. This task needs to be carried out so that the distance from pencil rod to edge of the self-tapping screw was equal to arch radius. Then on gypsum cardboard find the most convenient point for drawing of the arch and install on it the self-tapping screw. Having pulled thread, pencil draw semicircle of the required diameter.
5. Then by means of the electrofret saw or stationery knife cut out this plasterboard part. Then it is stacked on the sheet HL so that the face side has appeared below. Circle contour with pencil and cut out the second cloth of arch.
6. Further mount framework from software metalprofile 60/27 and PN 28/27. At first take narrower profile and on both parties of door opening vertical racks of such length that it corresponded to arch height in her high point fix. From the same material mount cross crossbeams so that from the PN 28/27 metalprofile two P-shaped designs have turned out.
7. Then side shelves of software profile 60/27, using scissors on metal, incise through each 5 cm. Then this metal part is put to the plasterboard arch and bent so that the profile has repeated the line of arch. Further it fix to racks from software 28/27.
8. Make an incision one more software profile 60/27, bend it and fix to metal racks on the other side of door opening. The framework of arch is ready. Now it needs to be sheathed the cut plasterboard cloths. The lower part of the arch is closed the strip from HL which is previously moistened with water. It will obediently take the necessary form.
