At production of reinforced concrete constructions armature is done according to exact calculations and the made project. The project has to be formed at stage of development by the architect and specialist in engineering calculations. To make armature, independent calculation cannot be made as all indicators of the construction and condition of soil in sites are considered.

Instruction
1. It is necessary to do armature according to the developed drawing. The step of framework has to be strictly sustained. For the base profile armature of hot-rolled core production is established.
2. According to the project, it is possible to make framework, grid or to install piece fittings in the course of the casting.
3. Principal reinforcement is done on all perimeter of the building for distribution of the main loading. Therefore it undertakes the thickest section. Between it distributive armature, according to the specified step is established. Thinner and cheap hot-rolled armature will be suitable for distributive armature. It protects concrete from cracking and does not allow the established distributive grid to move from the put place when carrying out underpouring.
4. It is necessary to collect framework by means of welding or special lashing wire. By means of lashing wire in framework it is not formed weak points which surely appear when carrying out welding. It is possible to knit armature in the manual way, using flat-nose pliers or automatic gun that facilitates and accelerates work process several times.
5. If at installation of principal reinforcement it is necessary to make connection, then it becomes with an overlap and amplifies several linking of wire or by means of welding in several places. Connections on working framework have to be very strength.
6. When casting walls with use of armature for giving of special durability ready mesh rolled reinforcements are established.
